Terms & Conditions for Guitar School GuitarCrafters

Welcome to Guitar School GuitarCrafters! By enrolling in our guitar lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Lesson Policies

Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Missed lessons due to tardiness will not be made up.

If a student needs to cancel a lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.

In the event of an emergency cancellation by the instructor, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Students are responsible for providing their own instruments and any necessary accessories.

Parents/guardians are expected to encourage regular practice at home between lessons.

Payments

Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each month. A late fee of $10 will be applied for payments received after the 5th of the month.

Tuition is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed lessons.

If a student wishes to discontinue lessons, we require a 30-day written notice. Tuition will be prorated accordingly.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to treat their instructors, fellow students, and the school premises with respect.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the lesson and/or the school.

No food or drinks are allowed in the lesson rooms, except for water.

Liability

Guitar School GuitarCrafters is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

The school is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children before and after lessons.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the instructors, including sheet music and recordings, are the intellectual property of Guitar School GuitarCrafters and are not to be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Students may not record lessons without the instructor's consent.
